We understand the current Coronavirus crisis is difficult for everyone. However, we are all here to look after you during this time. You can book a phone consultation appointment with your doctor and if necessary, the doctor will arrange a time for you to come in and safely be seen here at the clinic. If you have any concerns about your health or well being please don’t hesitate to call and make that initial phone consultation appointment.
We have doubled our capacity for appointments to make sure that you have easy access to our GPs.
We are here to help, it might just be a little different to how things normally run but we will continue to support you and deliver the same level of quality care you have always received at Newtown Medical Centre.
We have a plentiful supply of private flu vaccines and are working our way through to book everyone in. If you haven’t been put on a list, not to worry just call the practice and let us know you want your flu vaccine.
For those eligible for the free Government vaccine we are still waiting for supply. If you would like to book in for a private vaccine at $25 please do, you will then be able to have the free Government vaccine as a booster shot in the next few months. If you would prefer to wait for the Government vaccine, please call the practice and they will put you on the list to contact.
