You are eligible if you are 65+ years, Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander 50+, resident of aged care or disability care, 16+ and severely immunocompromised.

We have systems in place to ensure appropriate social distancing measures in our waiting areas if you are coming in for a face to face consultation. Please call reception on 5221 5044 to make an appointment or to ask any questions.
Please let reception know when you are booking your appointment if:
- If you have been contacted by DHHS regarding contact with a positive covid case
- If you have symptoms of FEVER – BREATHING DIFFICULTIES – COUGH – HEADACHE – RUNNY NOSE – SORE THROAT
- Have you had POTENTIAL CONTACT with someone with confirmed Coronavirus
- You are waiting for a Covid test result
