Dr Jessica Simons

The newest in our group of GPs, Jessica is excited to join the Newtown Medical Centre team. Originally from Melbourne, Jess moved to Sydney to study Medicine. Upon graduation Jess worked in Newcastle for a number of years, before she moved back to Victoria, and specifically Geelong, to complete her GP training.

Jess has a keen interest in children and adolescent health and has completed the Sydney Children’s Health Program. Jess is also well trained in the FODMAP diet and enjoys helping people with IBS get started on this journey. Outside of work Jess likes spending time with her family and gets outside wherever possible, especially going camping, waterskiing, and gardening!
